By using Coco, whether through messaging platforms (like WhatsApp or Telegram) or our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Coco is an AI-powered productivity service that operates across various messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp and Telegram) and our web application, allowing users to set reminders, take notes, manage schedules, and conduct other productivity tasks. Users access their account and manage their data through our web dashboard.
3. User Accounts
- To use Coco, you must create an account by signing up on our website using a supported third-party authentication provider (such as Google or Microsoft). Once your account is created, you can optionally link messaging platforms like WhatsApp or Telegram to interact with our chatbot.
- Your account is primarily tied to your email address from your authentication provider. See our Account Deletion and Transfer terms for questions about linked messaging account deactivation and transfer.
- Your Coco account is used to log into our web dashboard and to manage your paid subscriptions, connected integrations, and data.
4. Use of Service
Coco provides productivity tools via an AI chatbot and web service. You may choose to subscribe to our paid services and cancel at anytime. Paid services may provide more features over non-paid services.
- You agree to abide by our Acceptable Use policy by using Coco.
- You agree not to use Coco:
a) In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
b) To send spam or any other unauthorized advertisements or solicitations.
c) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Coco, a Coco employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
d) In any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the service.
5. Acceptable Use
When conversing with Coco, you may not attempt to get it to discuss harmful, abusive, or illegal topics. You may not attempt evade our security, learn about Coco's algorithms, prompts, models, or source code. Your account may be terminated and deleted if we encounter such activity.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Coco immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Your subscription will be cancelled, connected third party APIs will be disabled, and all personal data related to you will be permanently deleted.
7. Account Deletion and Transfer
To transfer your Coco account to a different login email address, please contact us at info@textcoco.com. We automatically detect when a linked messaging account (such as WhatsApp or Telegram) has been transferred or deactivated by the platform provider. In such cases, we will automatically unlink that specific messaging account from your Coco account to protect your privacy, but your Coco account and its associated data will remain active.
You may request account deletion at any time through your dashboard settings or by emailing us at info@textcoco.com. Upon deletion, your subscription will be cancelled, connected third party APIs will be disabled, and all personal data related to you will be permanently deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Coco be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Changes to Service and Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
9.2. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use Coco after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
